Assupol failed me

I had taken a funeral policy for extended family with assupol AL ********** ********** 7, i registered Tshepiso Lisa Lerefolo which passed away last month , i submitted my claim with them and took my salary to contribute for the funeral knowing that i will receive pay out.

This drag on until today when Legomela Komape from specialist forensics investigators came and now telling me that i won't be paid as this person was not my blood, because i asked what is the meaning of extended relative .

What surprise me is the fact that when we take out this policies we add whoever we feel as a family from our grandparents, aunts and so forth, but when its time for payouts you will be taken from pillar to posts. I feel they should have investigated before the first debit so that they can verify if you are related or not.

I will require assistance from you as i feel that Assupol is taking people for rides when they debit

If only I knew i wouldn't have assisted with my last salary hoping to get my payout from the policy
