Assupol dragging Life Cover payout!

I am utterly disappointed and getting increasingly frustrated by Assupol. My mother passed away in January of 2023, I submitted my claim, insurance ***** was investigated and completed, but still no communication from Assupol. I have emailed back and forth asking for updates to my claim and getting futile responses, I now have to deal with another consultant/ administrator. They really do know how to make dealing with your grief difficult. Ngiyanibonga shame. Will definitely have to escalate matters with Ombudsman now.
