Assupol dont have disclosure management.

My uncle passed on in January 2022. Before the passing he informed only me in 2020 that I'm his beneficiary on his policies including Assupol.

A week after funeral, his step child who has not been in his life for years and from previous relationship went to Assupol to claim, as she thought she was still the Beneficiary. Which was not the case anymore. The consultant who assisted her told her that she is not the beneficiary any more and gave her all the information on who is the Beneficiary and the amount that was paid to me.

The step child went with anger to my family and told them the details. A meeting was held and I was told to give the money to them. She went to Assupol again to ask if they can reverse the money and was turned away. She proudly admits that she was told by the consultant the information. Basically their are still fighting with me till date.

Im very disappointed and angry with Assupol for disclosing such information. I dont rest during to family fights. Ive tried to get answers from Assupol but there are stating that they didnt disclose any information to anyone. But then how did she know all the details about the policy ? Even that date of payment. I dont trust Assupol n know body should think of being part of such
