Assupol dishonesty

I app**** for a funeral policy, which I then canceled. Assupol still deducted money from my account after the cancelation for two months. I requested for my refund and have visited the branch 3 times to follow up. There is still no response from Assupol. Each time I go to the branch the consultant tells me that it's being handed by someone from head office. 6 months down the line, I have not received my money back. Very disappointed!!!
