Assupol consultant very rude

Just received a call from an Idian lady telling me that one if the agents will call me to explain the cover to me. I told her that I did not apply for any policies from them and the age started to shout at me insisting I did she was very rude I trying g to sell me stuff I don't want. It's just a pity I didn't get her name as I was busy working as well. Assupol must educate their agents customer service.
