Assupol complaints

I claimed submitted everything to the branch in pretoria on Tuesday because i have to travel to my aunty's place where she will be buried in soweto and promised i will get payout within 24 hours i received nothing i had to call again on Thursday they promised me that it will reflect on Thursday at 18:00 latest 09:00 in the morning on Friday nothing still,i had to go to soweto maponya mall at assupol branch because when i call to lodge a complain call was not answered and was given false hopes and just being told lies they promised me again that it will reflect on Friday...mind due today Saturday is my aunty's funeral,i claimed and submitted everything on time because we need to do contribution as a family to give our aunty a befitting burial,until today i haven't received anything.. I had to go ask for loan money to contribute to my aunty funeral. What's the purpose of funeral cover? Is so painful... A rude one even told me that after lodging a complaint that am complaining and not be patient and my policy owns one month,so i must be patient people who dont own their policies dont complain and they get their money on time....i lost counts on how many times i called seeking for help and all i get is lies.... Poor service delivery
