Assupol beyond terrible!!!
I have been trying to get my refund back from Assupol for almost a month now. If it takes you so long to process a refund always asking me about documents sent to *** which she confirmed receipt on the same call on the 3rd.
3 follow up calls were done with everyone stating they will follow up with her.
If it takes so long for a mere refund, how long does it take for you to actually pay for a funeral claim.
Process my refund please!
