Assupol bad service

I covered my son at assupol and he past away when he was ten months.i submitted a death claim at assupol pretoria on tuesday 2018/09/11 and i only received the messages but i did not get the money until now.i contacted them on saturday 2018/09/15 and today,the agents always say they will get back to me but they never did.i have already buried my son without them paying the policy.if i didn't have other plans my son couldn't be buried even now
