Assupol are ******

I would like share my experience with assupol life a salesman/ broker agent came to our school & the interested party filled in forms & he said a consultant would call me to finalise the process how ever only an sms saying my cover is approved but I still had questions so right before the first deduction I called the call centre to cancel my policy and on the call, in the beginning of the call they say calls are recorded & if you need the recording it’s available so I asked for the recording at the end of the call the agent says I can only get it once the process is finalised. Come end of October first deduction went off now I’m scared it’s going to deduct again…. I’m really unhappy with this insurer I really need a life policy however not with these ******.
