ASSUPOL - APPALLING SERVICE
Whatever you do, do not ever take out an ASSUPOL funeral policy. Worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. My son passed away on 25 January and it's the 12th of February today, but still no funeral insurance pay-out, despite sending them every single document they requested over and again. They do not respond to emails, they never call and they have zero sympathy. They also had the temerity to debit my account on 1 February with yet another funeral policy instalment.
