Assupol acting like a **** 😏

I went to Maponya Mall branch to cash out a paid up policy only to be told by the consultant that funds will be transferred after 30 days 😏and im not accepting that : 1.A paid up policy has 3 options Surrender or cancellation and withdrawal and the consultant only gave me 1 option that is cancel which is unfair. 2.Once a policy is paid up it means i must claim.the money and it must be made available as soon as possible not after 30 days , if such doesnt happen it means Assupol is not honouring a claim . The policy is no longer accumulating and I have forfeited interest since I stopped paying before maturity date How ever it ran for 4 years before I stopped paying and it became paid up. 3.The system shows that theres a surrender value then why the consultant did not give me the option to surrender the policy because either way theres no penalty why I was cornered into cancellation as an option ?

I've got a crisis one of my close relatives passed on with nothing and I have to bear the costs hence i went to the branch to cash I've got 4 policies with ASSUPOL as my trusted insurer if I'm treated like this then i will cancel all and move on Please fix this mess i need the money by Friday ive got a body to bury .
