Assupol a bogus company

I am so disappointed with Assupol, I submitted a claim for my cousin on the 19th of August till today they have not paid instead they keep sending condolences messages. I feel disgusted cause I have to make a loan to proceed with the funeral, what is more painful is that I have lost my father on Sunday and he's also covered at Assupol. How do I make a claim for my father if they have not yet paid for my cousin. These companies who sell pipe dreams to people must be called to pay. We work hard for this money that they feel it's ok to take it and not keep to their side of the bargain. Now I'm stuck with two funerals I have to pay yet I took funeral cover. I have a life insurance with them and I'm going to cancel it as soon as possible and get a reliable company not this nonsense.
