Assopul very disappointed with them I am waiting for my claim for me to bury my uncle. It's a week now but there is nothing please pleasing need to bury my uncle

Assupol is a very very bad policy they are so hurtless it's been a week since I logged my claim at their branch in maponya mall. Till today I don't know how am I going to bury him with. I wanted to give him a dignified burial but now it's a hell of a funeral please don't do that you don't even tell me what is holding my claim. I call everyday but they say you will receive tomorrow till now is this the 24 to 48hrs that you promise please I really need to bury my uncle.
