Assimilation Ignoring emails for Policy Cancellation

I have been sending emails requesting for my funeral cover to be cancelled, my emails are being ignored, interested enough, when I was sending normal queries, they would respond but only when I request for the policy to be cancelled, all of my emails are being ignored. Is this how you treat your clients?
