I have a policy with Sanlam i had it with African life before then transferred to Sanlam sky, i just received a disturbing message that i am owing Sanlam sky an amount of R1605. 22, on Wednesday and again on friday 16 July 2021, i didnt know about this and i received again message stating my policy can be reduced with an additional amount of R191. 33 do i agree or decline i said i decline shorlty after that i received a message from my bank FNB saying Sanlam have cancelled my debit order, i was so confused because i didnt understand why my debit order was cancelled, i called their offices today they told me thay it was money that the dibit order did not get through 2006Februaryand March and asked if that is the case what did they not call me 2006and informed me about that the guy forgot his name said it was a mistake from their side they are sorry i said apology not accepted, and he continued to tell me that 2014 again January i reversed debit order to Sanlam i asked how because January its my bonus month how can i reverse, he continued to ask what understanding can we reach to see that this R1605. 22 is paid i said to him, i will not pay that amount and i want them to re instate my debit order because it was cancelled without my concern.
