ARE THESE THE TYPE OF PEOPLE SANLAM IS SENDING OUT TO SEE POTENTIAL CLIENTS!

Please refer to the attached an sms between me and one of your financial advisors Blessing.

An enquiry I logged with Sanlam for a retire annuity was alocated to him and we actually met some weeks back at my previous employer . As you can see the plan has not been activated as I have not been able to sign the documents as I am not available this month . Blessing called me today and I was not able to speak to him as I was actually on a mountain . None the less immediately after the call was disconnected I received the attached sms which I responded and told him that I found his behaviour to be unprofessional and that I would report him , as per his responses and continuing to sms me he clearly is of the opinion that Sanlam approves of this behaviour from the people they send to potential clients , maybe he is right .

I am extremely disappointed with Sanlam as even on the day I met him he hounded me , I was actually double booked and had another appointment but when I returned to my office he was waiting for me at reception . Are these the type of people Sanlam is sending out to engage potential clients ?

At this moment I will be seeking an alternative in the industry to meet my needs . As a client I should be free and be given room to think products through and to do a comparison should I wish , not to be hounded and be sent sms's by an impatient and unprofessional who is clearly only after making a sale .

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !
