I recently joined the Family, and at the beginning, I was filled with disappointment and frustration with the service I received when no one provided direction and had doubts . However, that feeling was changed by the Excellent service I received when these two ladies took over my case. I am writing an appreciation post to them as it is not every day that you can find people proudly serving in their roles. Shout out to Modiegi Twala and Kefentse Sithole. You deserve the best. Thank you for all the assistance, I am satisfied with the service you gave me and am at peace that all my questions have been answered.
