APPALLING UNRESPONSIVE CLAIMS PROCESS
Extremely disappointed at the service we’ve received as a family. We have lost our loved ones, a month a part from each other but ASSUPOL has made sure to add onto our misery by completely ignoring and disregarding our claims!! We are now a month in of chasing and it’s honestly appalling to even think that even after over a decade of faithfully paying premiums we are treated like NOTHING no matter the means of us trying to claim. I am definitely moving over to another service provider because this is MADNESS - we just want to move on with our lives.
