APPALLING COMPANY SANLAM

I'm appalled by Sanlam. I regret ever taking a personal loan with them. It was paid up last year February, I was sent nasty emails and SMS to say I owe them. Proof of payment was sent after being blacklisted, I was then told that the whole matter was resolved. To my surprise today I received an sms stating that I have an outstanding amount which I still owe and will be blacklisted. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get rid of this HORRIBLE company off my back... I'm sick and tired of all the threats.
