Annoyed at the service from Assupol

I've been trying to cancel a policy with Assupol life since November 2023, the required documents in order to finalize the cancelation were sent on the 23rd November 2023, but they are still debiting me. They keep on saying they will get back to me within 48 hours but I've been waiting since then. As of now I just want them to refund me and cancel this policy 😒 🙄
