Annoyed and feel *****ed

I'm very unhappy about Sanlam life service. I was planning on moving my policies to Sanlam life because I was quoted lesser premiums and the representative said she was going to cancel the policies that have with other companies before they can deduct, now what they have done is, they started deducting even before the policies were canceled and the amount is not even what I was quoted and in addition to that they've added a life cover that I know nothing about. I want my money back from Sanlam life and I don't even want to move to them anymore because I can't trust them. Why the he'll would I move from paying less than R1100 in all my policies combined to paying R2200, it's worse this money is deducted even before the cancelation of the other policies. I feel *****ed.
