Angry, grieving, sad

I'm very upset and angry. I took out a policy which was paid cash on a monthly basis since 2008. The policy money were collected on a monthly basis from one of West-Pro's staff members but the under writer's is Safrican. On the passing of my mom I went to West-Pro to submit my claim which my policy is up to date. However Annebel the owner of West-Pro said that Safrican declined my claim. However I took this further and everyone is just lying to me specially West-Pro. Annebel than said she will pay mr out in 2 months June 2021 first payment and July 2021 second payment. That didnt happened and I took this further. Weekend Argus is involved and had a write up aswell. I took this policy put because Safrican is the underwriters of this policy. Safrican is telling me they never received a claim and my mom is not even on there system. Now I'm telling them what are they going to do about is because this is *****. Collecting money on Safricans name. Now Sadrican is telling me I need to sort it out with Annebel. How can I if Annebel is lying from day 1, and we are grieving and still lies. How can I deal with Annebel if Safrican should because they are doing the ***** on there name.

I want my money that I paid since 2008 up until June 2021. I want all my premiums back.
