Angry and disappointed customer

My father was working for ****rnet and get retirement on 2013. He was getting money every month. He died in 2020 my mother only get the money of after death. Sanlam never give her that money that my father was getting every month by the time of the agreement Sanlam told my father that the money that was getting every month will stop in 2023 but they stopped it immediately after his death. All of his child didn't get any cent on after death. That is my complaint and there are still children that they are still at school.
