***** and demand for refund and compensation for emotional abuse and transportation

Dear sir/mam I would like to report Thuto Seokolo his contact number is *** one of your brokers came to our offices at Orlando East administration office. He explained all about the translate of my policy from Old Mutual and Avbob gave me a quote if R1783... I requested him to wait and stop my other policies and think about it. Later he was on my neck said I must give his cup back he gave me as a free biz. I did return it back but later on the September I received an email says I've signed for that agreement and the time pin was sent to another number not my phone I'm using. On the 02 October 2024 I cancelled the policy but it was still deducted on the 27 October 2024. When I called him and ask him why he did all this without my concern he said he was desperate for money. Therefore I would like to request you office to refund me I did make a request but it takes to long. I feel very emotionally drained by this matter and really money for transport that I think needs to be compensated.
