And the response you are referring to is about increase in my existing policies not about the unauthorized debit orders from my bank account since last year ! I need answers someone will call me I am reporting this to OMBUDSMAN, WE CANT BE PLAYED BY SANLAM LIKE THIS ! where is the response ??? What is the next step if Sanlam is not resolving this enquiry??? Is it the INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN?? there are unauthorized debit orders by Sanlam this has to stop ! N I want to be reimbursed all the bank charges n please fix my messed up credit score due to this, I will not go to a police station n do an affidavit for your error , n I have submitted a claim for my deceased aunt Nobuntu Msuthu last year already, death was registered n the pay out was done ! TELL ME WHY IS SANLAM STILL TAKING MY MONEY FOR SOMEONE THAT IS DEAD!! I NEED THIS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP! OR M TAKING FURTHER ACTIONS

This enquiry started in September, we are now in October but Thato Makhene is saying is still within their SLA and she ignores me

When I am being assisted? M getting paid Tuesday a debit order will run again ! Who will be liable to pay bank charges? Thato is telling my daughter that the enquiry is still within their SLA , WHAT ABOUT THE DEBIT ORDER that will go off on this coming Tuesday. Will Sanlam pay for it ? This enquiry was sent ages ago to Sanlam I do not know if your turn around time is more than a month ?
Can this query be allocated to someone else , I have sent a consent that my daughter do follow ups with Thato, That is ignoring her while she is online.
Please be reminded I do have an option to transfer all my policies to another reputable company without underwriting
Can I get an update on this please?
Where is the policy schedule for the policies that are debiting from FNB ? DOES THAT TAKE A MONTH TOO? To send a policy contract that is in your system ?
