An inquiry not attended to.

Hi. I once got a personal loan with Sanlam and at some stage I encountered financial difficulties that affected my monthly repayment of the loan thereof. By the time I became able to repay the monthly instalmentsn, Salalam already handed me over debt collectors and rightfully so. But then the account was lost and because I was blacklisted I made sure to find who was dealing with that account. HTN Attorneys are the debt collectors whom I then resume making my monthly payments through them. From September 2015 there was this \Outstanding Commission\" amount that I thought it will decrease since I started my payments. Two weeks ago I requested a stamen from HTN Attorneys to check the progress, to my dismay that \"outstanding commission \"amount is still the same as the day I street to repay the debt. I tried all the avenues for HTN Attorneys to explain why the amount wasn't decreasing but was only responded to with automated emails. I called several times but never been helped. Email were only responded sometime with the issue is been investigated, you will be contacted soon\". To this day I haven't got any respond even after emailing Salam itself. Can someone give me answers I need. "
