All I need is help

I lodged a withdrawal claim from sanlam trust since February 13 2026 and to date i have not been told anything… I called in March only to find a rude person answer the phone and told me i should wait 60 days…I waited for those 60 days without getting any assistance… Prior to now i did the same claim last year to no assistance from them… what must i do to get assistance regarding the withdrawal of my claim from sanla trust
