*********** agents, terrible service and inconsiderate

Sanlam is the worst. I have requested for termination in october 2024 for my trust fund, they told me it would take 5 business days for the payout. I’ve had COUNTLESS phone calls with their agents to follow up on the status of the termination and i have never gotten a straight answer or feedback, most of them are *********** and can’t track that im on their system!!???. I have even requested to send a motivation letter to the management because I am a student who needs to clear out my fees or else i won’t graduate, my fees are also blocking me from employment opportunities since I can’t be given the proof of qualification!!. This is so stressful and honestly exhausting!.
