African Rainbow Life

I lost my sister on the 14/11/2021 and made a claim on the 16/11/2021 which was supposed to be paid out after 48 hours, up to this day it hasn't been paid out, even my late sister's beneficiary has never even received any communication but an automated email everyone gets that their claim has been received. Finally went to their business physically in Durban because I'm not sure if they do have in Newcastle, to my surprise I had to submit the form once more because I was supposed to send them an African Rainbow Life form because I took my policy under them, same with my sister who's a beneficiary. Nontuthuzelo Gunwana is useless, she never had any decency to get back to me, I was always the one following up, all she asked for was a scheme number I knew nothing about. Mlungisi Mkhize was the one who assisted me and explained to me the process, even though it was a bit too late because I had already took a loan. I was so angry, but somehow managed to compose myself because that's not the person my sister was. My wish is to cancel this bogus ****
