Accused of missing a payment without doing proper checking
On Friday the 15th of September 2017, i received a call from Sanlam accusing me of missing my kid's education policy payments from July - August 2017.
On the 01st of August , sanlam debited R798.60 from my account On the 03r ofJuly debited R798.60 On the 1st September - debited R1597.20 ( not sure why you almost double charged me) The following day you returned the amount
Please please Sanlam....do the proper checking before you accuse me of missing a payment
1.Ensure your systems are doing what they are supposed to do 2.Make sure your billing scripts are correct 3.Check if yout MI person is not sleeping on the job 4. Before you even phone me make sure you have info you need.... your agent asked me questions that she should know Lastly.......
