Accidental death claim

My compaint is that I lost my daughter and grandchildren in jan and February this year and was accidental death.I went to Assupol for claims i was told the accidental death need postmortem results My 2 grandsons died same day 11.01.2024 and the granddaughter spend 3 weeks in ICU.My daughter died on 26.01.2024.I was struggling financially for burials.That was straineous for me to handle.The one in ICU died on 05.02.2024. I was mentally. I was admitted in mental institution after burying my grand daughter and there were bills to settle also. Presently i cannot get postmortem results because the police said they cannot tell when will i get results because there is no guarantee that will get results.

I called the forensic office then they told me that there is no time frame for the results. Presently im struggling financially to pay hospital bills for the deceased. Im get threat from the doctors and laboratories where tests were done that they will hand my bills to lawyers and credit beraus.Ampath lab already handed my name to their lawyers. Even the munipality bills are in arreas.My electrcity was disconnected by the municipality

May I please get assisted with this matter because it's draining me emotionally and financially since January untill now. I will appreciate if i can get the accidental pay out from Assupol so i can settle all bills.I submitted police report with each claim.and one of your rudest agent called me telling me you won't pay without post term and I must go up amd down to get them like some people
