Access to Preservation fund

<p>I have a preservation fund with Sanlam. I requested access to my funds and I was toled that legislation allows one withdrawal before I reach age 55. I wrote to Pravin Godhams office and they also share the same sentiments. I bet I am not Sanlams first customer to request access and they don't even attempt to put their customers first. I need money to pay debts, my bond is in arrears and my son's varsity fees must be paid. I have money I can't struggle like this. Please intervene to help me access my money. </p>
