ACA employee benefit of Sanlam is TERRIBLE

ACA employee benefit...an absolute NIGHTMARE!!

I've been waiting for my ACA employee benefit to be paid more than 4 months now!!!!

They acknowledged my documents and said that payment will be made within 10 days...this was a month ago.

I have sent numerous emails to the contact person, Julia Makoti, but she rarely replies. They said the payment is loaded and being processed...this again was more than a month ago.

It is truly a horrifying experience to deal with people who states that all payments are to be made MAX 3months later. I am slowly busy approaching 5 months with terrible service.

So disappointed in this department of Sanlam.
