Absolutely dreadful, completely PATHETIC SERVICE !!

I'm absolutely enraged at this company! We submitted a claim last week and haven't seen a cent! The consultants? All rude and zero customer service skills. We had to sc**** together money just to give my uncle a proper burial. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy; they lack any sympathy or care for the deceased. This place is a pit of misery and needs to be shut down immediately. They've pushed me to levels of disgust I've never known. They promised a manager would reach out, but surprise, no one bothered! It's not just me—every family mistreated by these heartless individuals should unite against this sham of a company! Pay up now, you *****s! Your true colors will be exposed, and I don't want to hear your pathetic excuses!
