Absolute lack of feed back
After being a customer for 5 years with brilliant service , in one phone call you have gone from hero to sub zero.<br> My wife phoned to arrange and additional loan ( after receiving the \Black Card "pre-approval mumbo jumbo )<br> the consultant was less than patient .
