ABSA Trust/Sanlam refusing to release my child's benefit from their Trust

This complaint concerns the payment by the Fund of a benefit apportioned to my child to ABSA Trust without my knowledge and consent. My husband past away and Sanlam only paid and transfer the benefit into trust after almost 2 years after my husband past away. I requested ABSA/Sanlam since my child's benefit was little and the amount that they want to pay per month is so little to please pay out all the benefit either to my account or pay to my child school for her fees, but sadly the ABSA trustee refused to do that and even after writting to them several times explaining that the amount that they want to pay every month will never benefit my child in any way. This is so frustrating because what was supposed to be benefiting my child for her education is not doing that. The Fund and the Absa Trust are completely oblivious to the fact that while my husband’s estate is being wound up, I have to carry the burden of looking after my children on my own.
