Abandoned client of Sanlam looking for another insurance provider🙄

I have been trying to do a conversion on my risk benefits with Sanlam. I was told I have to do it within 60 days. I spent a month back and forth with a broker until I gave up and now it’s been 2 weeks with Sanlam directly still no joy. Am I supposed to undress and spin on my head before having my benefits converted to private capacity.
