I discovered through Sanlam really that Sanlam doesn’t have my details. I contacted indie which was a mission, they themselves did not have my ID. Now the lady called Annie on their WhatsApp to me to shus that I’m not the first one that has been through this. So my advice 🏃🏾♀️ run. Imagine if my beneficiaries were to go through this. I think the aim is for them to frastrate the beneficiaries until they give up. Sounds like a **** to me. Because they are quick to deduct money, but don’t have my details that mediocrity.
