A very bad product!
I had one of the baddest experience with sanlam indie i had arrange for a double payment debit for the month of February! But they rep**** back to say that i have exausted my missed payment options! Then i ask them what will happen to the wealth bonus they said the policy had laps and i forfeit my wealth bonus! I ask myself i would be in a better position if i had save that money in my own investment account!

25 Jan 2024, 16:26I had recieved a reply from your investigation into sanlam indie policy! So my conclusion is this still that i wiil never recommend this product to anybody and will caution people whit regards to the forfeiture of the wealth bonus when the policy laps!

Kindly refer to our feedback explaining that the Wealth bonus is a free loyalty benefit at no extra cost to the client. When the policy lapses the wealth bonus falls away. Please respond to our email if you have any further questions.
