A sorry of an excuse for a manager

After I wrote a review about Sanlam and their manager Bandile Msengena, about a month ago. Within minutes this manager apologized with a "**** and heartless" email. Nonetheless I also received a call from their head office in Cape Town. That call and the apology was very sincere. And we resolved the matter. I was advised to take up a new R.A. which I did. Its been over a week now without a response. So on Tuesday (2019/08/13) I wrote an email to my advisor (Babalwa) and I copied this manager (Bandile Msengana). My advisor has responded to me told me that her manager (Bandile) refuses to issue my R.A. with no apparent reason. Till todate this manager doesn't even have the guts to respond to the email which i have copied him in.

I have come to a conclusion that the manager has a personal vendetta against me. I have never even met him before this whole saga. What reason does he have for not issuing my R.A.??? Why would he not issue my R.A. when everything was done according to the book? After been sold a good product and given good advise on a product, then to be humiliated in this manner? I seriously have no respect whatsoever for the organization such as Sanlam. I would not even refer anyone to them. Only because of one person Bandile Msengana.
