A Sanlam franchise not paying employees

I would like to lay a complaint with Vhashumi Financial Service, a franchise of Sanlam Developing Markets. In June 2021 was the last month I received my full Salary with Vhashumi, I was then paid a quarter of my salary by hand which was not enough to cover my transport money to work and eventually had to borrow around for money to go to work in August 2021, then In the month end of August still I still did not receive my full salary and was given money that was not enough to cover the money I borrowed along with money to get to work. From mid August I was able to get to work due to the situation and I sent my bosses a text on WhatsApp, letting them know about me being absent and the reason behind it and asked to work from home until everything was sorted and in the midst of all that I was committed to doing my job fully. And in the beginning of September I learned from a colleague that the same people who agreed on me working from home had planned to replace me without even letting me know about it. I called them and asked about it but was given excuses and asked again about my payment and was still given run arounds and in that time still haven’t been paid fully… I then decided to resign at the end of September because It was starting to get toxic and another candidate was interviewed for my position before I even resigned from work. I then went on and resigned on the 29th of September. And the last amount I got was R1500 in October and from then they were going on trips to Durban and having expensive parties and hiring expensive cars. Even today they still owe me and now they don’t even take my calls for that matter. I would like to get all the money I worked for and nothing else from them.
