A month later and still no payment received

Good day, my withdrawal forms for my pension were sent on the 24th of October by my employer (PPS health care administrator). There is proof. It is now almost a month and I have not received my money. This is unacceptable since you claimed that payment is processed within two weeks. If I don't receive my payment by close of business tomorrow I will be reporting this further because one cannot wait this long for their money. I have missed payment of important bills because of your *********** behaviour.
