A company that has zero customer service.
I have been trying from January to get a balance on my paid up RA. Nobody has got back to me. I have sent an email every month and got no response. Im not sure if someone has ****** it or why I cannot get a response. On calling I was cur off. Absolutely useless company offering zero customer service.
