9 weeks for 2 Pot withdrawal
App**** for my 2 Pot savings withdrawal on the 31st of October 2024. I was then given an estimated date of Completion on the 18th of December 2024 which is 7 weeks. When i contacted them this morning it now moved on to the 6th of January 2025 that would be 9 weeks. This is terrible and their excuse is that they now received new information, but no new information was given to them that they didn't allready have.
