75 year old left without a medical aid due to negligent

Good day, My mother in law has a retirement annuity with Sanlam. The annuity pays out a amount on a monthly basis to her and to the Post office. The post office then needs to pay that amount towards her medical scheme. The post office is however insolvent and is not paying over the money. Her medical aid has now suspended her membership leaving her at 75 with out a medical aid. After numerous request by me to get Sanlam to pay the money direct to the medical aid or to her so that she can pay for her own medical aid nothing has happened as yet. How is Sanlam looking after your well being if you don’t have a medical aid because they decide what they want to do with your money. I am very disappointed in this company and will take this future to the ombuds man if there is no replay on this post. Regards, Linette Erasmus
