7 weeks later & No payment on provident fund money

I left my company on 31st March 2015. By then a representative from Sanlam For you had come to meet me at my office regarding financial counseling as they (Sanlam for you) had received my notice of withdrawal from HR & I was informed the process takes 4 to 6 weeks - 7 weeks later and I still have not received any money! When I called their employee benefit division this morning they told me they only received my documents last week on the 14th May 2015, that they were sent to the wrong division which is Sanlam for you! That they are not Sanlam for you but Sanlam employee benefits! My thing is if it's the same company but different divisions, doesn't the one division take the initiative to send the information to the correct division?! Is it always a question of it's not my baby so whoever is affected by this can go to hell?! Because had I not sent an email to HR trying to figure out what's taking so long Sanlam employee benefits never would have received the documents! Why are big corporations always like this?! Always out to ***** the little people?! I do not have a job! I NEED that money!
