I have submitted my Sanlam umbrella fund claim twenty months ago. I have send countless emails to different departments in Sanlam. Even tried Sanlam WhatsApp for answers. Sanlam umbrella fund does not make any effort to assist members to retrieve their money. I have send many emails to Pauline at client services but no positive feedback. Is Sanlam umbrella fund really an option when considering taking out an investment? How many other members struggle to get back their contributions as I know for a fact that we are a couple of members battling to get our money due to our company that liquidated international. Twenty months later and still no money, no answers, not from the company nor Sanlam umbrella fund. What happened to our contributions ?????? Hope Sanlam do better in the future?????
