5 days and no feedback on balance enquiry

I was told that someone will contact me within 24 hours this was on the 21st. Still nothing. The company that handles your debt collection (Consumer friend) absolutely useless.This is the account number BMU16168J hope some one will contact me. It is funny though once a comment is posted then you get 10 calls from the company
