4 months to have my pension transferred

I resigned form my employer in July 2017. I requested my pension (held with Alexander Forbes) to be transferred to my Sanlam RA ... Between he 2 of these organisations it has taken 4 months and still nothing....

They don't follow up on anything , they just sit complacently and make me do the job for them. no ownership!!!
