4 Months and no progress

I submitted my application for a Satrix tax free debit order the 14th of July, received an acknowledgement of application received and assumed all was well. After two months and no debit order I enquired on the progress only to hear that I must resubmit… so I did.

One month later and again I had to ask what progress has been made. They then asked me information little by little (I don’t know why not all at once) and then again radio silence… How can you run a business like this?

Debit order went through, but the consultant still feels that I am in the wrong. She says that they did not have all my information until recently, but failed to actually read the report or listen to my story. My complaint was that I the process took so long because I had to ask them a few times why nothing is happening! If I had not done so, the debit order would never have gone through.
